| 摘 要： | 该文阐述河北省水资源由于自产地表水、入境水量减少 ,工农业用水量增加 ,缺水状况日益严重 ,生态环境恶化等问题。并提出加强水资源管理 ,利用经济杠杆 ,促进节水 ,南水北调 ,污水资源化 ,海水淡化等解决河北省水危机的对策措施

| Abstract: | The scarcity of water resources in Hebei Province is serious increasingly with the decreasing of on-site surface runoff and running-in water and the increasing of industrial and agricultural available water. It brings about the ecological environment deteriorating. According to the relative problems some policies and countermeasures are put forward in this paper such as enhancement of water resources management, using of economic levers, improvement of water saving, water transferred from South China to North China, recycling of polluted water, desalting of seawater and so on. |
