医院配制锝[99mTc]替曲膦注射液的质量控制和使用注意事项的探讨

目的：探讨医院制备锝[99mTc]替曲膦注射液的方法和使用注意事项。方法：核医学科使用的放射性药物锝[99mTc]替曲膦注射液在国内首次应用于临床，笔者对于药物的制备、质量控制和临床使用注意事项进行了探讨和实践，并进行了总结，为临床使用和推广积累了数据。结果：2014年本院制备3批次锝[99mTc]替曲膦注射液的质量均合格。结论：锝[99mTc]替曲膦注射液制备方便，应用前景良好。

Exploration of Quality Control and Clinical Application of 99mTc-Tetrofosmin Injections Prepared in Hospital

Objective: To explore the preparation of 99mTc-Tetrofosmin injections in hospital and the matters needing attention during application. Methods: The radioactive pharmaceutical 99mTc-Tetrofosmin in-jections, which is used in the Nuclear Medicine Department, has been applied in domestic clinic for the first time. We explored and practiced the preparation, quality control and process needing attention during clinical use of the drug. The corresponding data were collected and summarized for clinical application and promotion. Results: Three consecutive batches of 99mTc-Tetrofosmin injections prepared in our hospital were inspected to be qualified in 2014. Conclusions: The 99mTc-Tetrofosmin injections can be prepared in hos-pitals conveniently and has a bright application prospect.
