| 摘 要： | 将山羊痘病毒结构蛋白P32基因从重组质粒pMD-P32中亚克隆至pGEX-4T-1原核表达载体上,用构建的重组表达质粒pGEX-P32转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)感受态细胞,1 mmol/L IPTG诱导表达,细菌裂解物经SDS-PAGE检测到分子量约为58 ku的目的蛋白,与预期的产物大小一致.Western-blotting表明该重组蛋白可被山羊痘阳性血清所识别. |

| Abstract: | The structural protein P32 gene of the goat pox virus in the recombinant plasmid pMD-P32 was subcloned into a prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-4T-1,and the recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli BL21(DE3).The recombinant fusion protein about 58 ku was expressed in E.coli induced by 1 mmol/L IPTG,and western-blotting test showed that the protein could be recognized by anti-serum against goat pox virus. |
