微弧氧化减摩陶瓷层的生成及其影响因素

摘    要:为了降低微弧氧化陶瓷层的摩擦系数, 采用在微弧氧化电解液中加入石墨减摩相的方法, 在微弧氧化过程中同步沉积出含石墨相的陶瓷层. 研究结果表明 膜层厚度和成膜速度开始时都是随氧化时间的延长而增加, 达到最大值后, 又随时间的延长而降低; 石墨含量5g/L时成膜厚度最大; 石墨减摩相的加入, 大幅降低了微弧氧化陶瓷层的摩擦系数.

Abstract:To decrease the friction coefficient of macro arc oxidation ceramic layer, the method of adding graphite anti friction phase into the macro arc oxidation electrolyte was adopted and the ceramic layer with graphite phase was deposited during the process of macro arc oxidation. This improves the friction capability of macro arc oxidation ceramic layer greatly. The results show that, at the beginning, the film thickness and film forming speed will increase with the time and then it reaches the maximum and falls with the time; the film forming speed reaches its maximum when the graphite contents is 5?g/L; the adding graphite anti friction phase decreases the friction coefficient of ceramic layer obviously. [
