摘    要:LY12锥形件原来采用板料强力旋压成形,工艺复杂,成本高。通过有限元模拟分析,改进了成形工艺方案,经试验,采用热拉深加整形工艺,可得到合格毛坯,提高了生产效率,降低了成本。

Abstract:LY12 conical blank used to adopt the strong power spinning of sheet material to take shape,which possessed complicated process and the high cost.By way of the finite element simulation analysis,the forming technique scheme was improved.Through the trial of the hot drawing and shaping technology, the eligible conical blanks were obtained,the production efficiency rised, and the cost reduced.
