重症监护室专科护士实践培养状况的调查与评价

目的]了解专科护士培养比较典型的上海和安徽2个地区重症监护室(ICU)专科护士实践培养的状况,调查ICU专科护士对实践培养的评价,为构建有针对性的实践培养方案提供依据。方法]采用自制调查问卷,对上海、安徽2个地区的200名ICU专科护士进行问卷调查。结果]ICU专科护士的实践培养以2个月~5个月的短期培训为主,培训一般在外院进行,最多的是在综合ICU。实践培养的老师有专科护士、病区带教、护士长等;培训方式有护理查房、听讲座和ICU专科护士试讲等。ICU专科护士对实践师资的能力评价较高,对实习内容、考评方式、专科护士核心能力在实习中的体现评价较低。结论]ICU专科护士的实践培养已经形成一定的规模体系,但实习内容、考评方式有待改进。如何在实践培养中体现专科护士的核心能力还有待进一步探索。

Investigation and evaluation on practical training situation of ICU specialist nurses

s Objective:To understand the practical training status of ICU specialist nurses in two typical regions Shanghai and Anhui province,and to investigate assessments of ICU specialist nurses on practical training for providing references for form a better practical training program.Methods:A self made questionnaire was given to survey 200 ICU specialist nurses who had finished training program in Shanghai or Anhui province.Results:ICU specialist nurses mainly trained a short term training of two months to five months carried out outside the hospital,mostly at comprehensive ICU.The clinical supervisors included specialist nurses,clinical teachers and head nurses;training methods included nursing ward round,lectures and trial lecture by students.The ability of teachers got a high evaluation by students,while the content,evaluation methods and the reflect of nurses’spe-cialist core competence during practical training were low evaluated.Conclusion:Practical training ICU specialist nurse has formed a certain scale systems,but practice content and evaluation methods should be improved.How to reflect the core competencies of professional nurses in the practice remains to be explored further.
