| 摘 要： | 用有限单元法对7005铝合金通过平面分流模成型齿轮泵体型材的主要过程进行了模拟.针对成型过程中的焊合不良,模具损坏等问题,对相关的工艺参数进行了分析,并结合模拟结果,提出了相应的改进措施.

| Abstract: | The main forming process of 7005 aluminum by porthole die is simulated with the FEM(finite element method).Pointing to some problems in the extruding process,analysis is made on the interrelated parameters.Then,combining the result of the simulation,some improvements are made. |
