中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

目的探讨枇杷清肺饮加减联合西药治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组。对照组:口服罗红霉素、雷尼替丁与维生素B6;治疗组:在以上治疗的基础上加用枇杷清肺饮,随症加减。结果治疗组46例,痊愈24例,占52.17%,总有效率97.83%;对照组46例,痊愈14例,占30.43%,总有效率71.74%;两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论枇杷清肺饮加减联合西药可有效治疗寻常痤疮。

COMBINATION OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL AND WESTERN MEDICINE IN TREATING ACNE VULGARIS

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the combination of Chinese traditional and Westen medicine on acne vulgaris.Methods The treatment group was treated with Pipaqingfeiyin,a Chinese traditional madicine,along with Roxithromycin,Ranitidine and Vitamin B_6,while the contrast group was treated with only western medicine.Results In the treated group of 46 cases,24 cases recovered(52.17%),12 cases got improved markedly(26.09%),9 cases got slight improvement(19.57),and the total effective rate was 97.83%.In the contrast group of 46 cases14 cases recovered(30.43%),11 cases got obvious improvement(23.91%)8 got slight improvement(17.39%)and the total effective rate was 71.74%.There existed significant differences in the curative effects between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of pipaqingfeiyin and western medicine can produce satisfactory effects on acue vulgaris.
