深孔加工负压抽屑装置的优化设计与仿真

摘    要:为解决深孔加工排屑的难题,在分析现有DF深孔钻削系统结构的基础上,运用液压相关理论分析了影响负压抽屑的影响因素.采用Fluent软件对DF系统中负压抽屑装置的喷射角k和负压间隙S进行了力学、速度、能量场仿真,最终通过理论分析与仿真试验的对比研究,得出当k=30°,S=0.4mm时负压效果最好,当k=29°,S=0.5mm时次之.为研究准干式深孔加工新型负压射流结构、负压机理及排屑特性提供了理论基础.

Abstract:To solve the problem of chip removing of deep-hole processing,both the existing DF deep-hole drilling system structure and the influence factors of the negative-pressure removing crumbs were analyzed by the hydraulic theory.The negative pressure,rate and energy field of the injection angle k and negative pressure gap S in the DF negative pressure device were simulated by using the software Fluent.Through the comparison between the theoretical analysis and the simulation test,it was concluded that when k was 30°and S was 0.4 mm,negative pressure effect were best;when k was 29°and S was 0.5 mm,negative pressure effect were better.The above coclusion provided theoretical basis for the new type negative pressure jet structure,the negative pressure mechanism and characteristics of scraps of near-dry deep-hole processing.
