浅谈TBL教学在医学教育中的应用

摘    要:团队为基础的教学(team based learning,TBL)是一种有助于促进学习者团队协作精神的新型教学模式,有利于培养学生的团队协作精神,适应医疗救治中多科协作的需要。另外,TBL是以任务为导向的教学方法,而其师生比例可达1∶200,在改善传统教学效果的同时能更好的适应医学生扩招的现实。因此,TBL教学在医学教育中有着重要的意义。文章将从TBL的概念、实施方法等方面介绍其在医学教育中的应用和意义。

Abstract:TBL is a new method to improve cooperation during learning,which is important during treatment and management of patients.In addition,TBL is one of the methods characterized by task-based learning with better outcome than conventional learning model.Furthermore,it permits a large ratio of teacher to student as 1:200.And so it is fit for the status of Chinese medical education with more and more students and relatively fewer teachers.Above all,it is necessary to use TBL in medical education.This paper introduces application and significance of TBL such as its definition and the proceeding program.
