| 摘 要： | 马铃薯脱毒种苗的生产已获得成功,但是不同的品种要求的培养条件不同。研究了影响马铃薯新品种“云薯201”进行脱毒种苗生产中的各种因素,试验结果表明,培养基以MS 赤霉素0.2 mg/L 泛酸钙0.5 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L为宜;接种时茎尖大小为0.1~0.2 cm时脱毒效果最好;在种苗大量扩繁时碳源浓度以20 g/L为宜,接种密度25株/瓶,选用1/2 MS的液体培养基最好。这些措施为该品种大面积推广应用提供技术依据。

| Abstract: | It is successful in virus-free potato seedlings production,however,the culture conditions varied among different potato varieties.The factors affecting virus-free potato seedlings of new variety Yunshu 201 was analyzed.The results showed that the culture medium was better with MS including 0.2 mg/L Gibberellin 0.5 mg/L Pantothenic acid 0.05 mg/L NAA,and the impact of virus-free was perfect when inoculating with 0.1-0.2 cm stem apical point.The experiment indicated that the concentration of C and density of inoculation were 20 g/L,25 plantlets/bottle and 1/2 MS liquid medium were suitable for this variety.These results were put forward to spread the new potato variety widely. |
