案例教学结合视频操作教学方法在新入职护士规范化培训中的实践与探索

摘    要:目的:探讨案例教学结合视频操作教学方法在康复专科医院新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2017年新入职的23名护士设为对照组,采用传统的课堂讲授、操作示教进行规范化培训。2018年入职22名新护士为实验组,通过制定适合康复医院专科培训内容,采用案例教学结合视频教学的培训方法进行规范化培训,比较两组新护士岗前培训3个月后康复护理理论与专科操作考核成绩、综合能力评价及护士对教学质量的评价等。结果:实施教学方法改进后,实验组康复理论与专科操作考核成绩、综合能力评价较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),对教学质量中教学内容、教学能力和教学效果等多项评价较对照组提高,实验组教学质量总分较试验组显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:采用案例教学法提升新护士专业技术水平和临床护理综合能力,使培训质量显著改进,有利于提高新护士规范化培训的整体成效,值得推广。

The practice and exploration of case teaching combined with video operation teaching method in the standardized training of new nurses

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of case teaching combined with video operation teaching method in the standardized training for new nurses in specialized hospitals of rehabilitation. MethodsTwenty three nurses newly enrolled into Wuxi Tongren Rehabilitation Hospital in 2017 were selected as the control group in which the standardized training of traditional classroom teaching and operating instruction being performed. And 22 nurses newly enrolled in 2018 were selected as the experimental group where the formulation for rehabilitation hospital specialist training content, training methods of case teaching combined with video teaching standardization training performed. The scores of nursing theory, specialized operation assessment and comprehensive ability were compared after 3 months of training. ResultsThe scores of rehabilitation theory, specialized operation assessment and comprehensive ability were(82.18±3.40), (86.86±3.04) and (90.14±2.61) which were significantly higher than those of control group (77.26±4.01], 83.22±2.33] and 85.87±2.97])(P<0.01). The teaching quality of experimental group was higher than that in control group (3.53±0.17] vs. 3.30±1.14], P<0.01). ConclusionsThe method of case teaching improves the professional technical level and clinical nursing comprehensive ability of new nurses, which is worthy of promoting.
