| 摘 要： | 目的:观察七叶皂甙钠在大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经元细胞凋亡过程中的作用。方法:运用大鼠右侧大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,比较正常对照组、假手术组、缺血3h组、缺血3h再灌注3h/6h/12h/24h/48h/72h组、缺血3h再灌注β-七叶皂甙钠药物干预后3h/6h/12h/24h/48h/72h组等大鼠脑组织中的神经元凋亡情况。结果:七叶皂甙钠干预治疗后,缺血组缺血侧凋亡阳性细胞减少。结论:七叶皂甙钠有明显抑制大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经元细胞凋亡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of sodium aescinate on neuronal apoptosis after ischemical reperfusion of Wistar rats.Methods The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model of rats was used to study the neuronal apoptosis in brain tissue,rat brains have been investigated in normal control group(N),sham-operated group(SM),O3R,O3R3h/ O3R6h/ O3R12h/ O3R24h/ O3R48h/ O3R72h and O3R3hβ/ O3R6hβ/ O3R12hβ/ O3R24hβ/ O3R48hβ/ O3R72hβ.Results Apoptosis positive cells are diminished in ischemic zone after sodium aescinate treatment.Conclusion The follow-up study of the effects of Sodium aescinate would restrain neuronal apoptosis in focal ischemia and reperfusion rats. |
