痰热清注射液佐治毛细支气管炎60例疗效观察

目的：观察痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将住院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿120例随机分为两组各60例,对照组给予常规抗感染、吸痰、补液、气道护理等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液0.5 mL/（kg.d）静脉滴注,观察两组患儿的临床症状、体征恢复时间及平均住院时间,并对其疗效进行评价。结果：治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组的临床症状、体征消失时间及平均住院时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎能及时控制症状,减轻肺部体征,缩短疗程,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

The Effect Observation of Tanreqing Injection in the Treatment of 60 Bronchiolitis Cases

To observe the effects of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases of the control group were treated with routine therapy,60 cases of the treatment group were given Tanreqing injection,0.5 mL/（kg·d） for 7 days besides routine therapy.The clinical symptoms and the mean hospital stay of the two groups were observed.The efficacy was evaluated.Results： The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The course of cough relief,wheezing relief,disappearance of pulmonary wheeze rales and length of hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups had obvious statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： Tanreqing injection is effective and safe in treatment of bronchiolitis.
