摘    要:考虑到结构的载荷和强度由几种随机成分所构成,本文在线性统计近似理论的基础上,通过对随机过程的分析和推导,建立了结构可靠性的动态模型。以涡轮泵密封结构为例进行了结构可靠性的分析和评估,取得了较为符合实际的结果。

Abstract:The reliability of sealing structures is crucial for many engineering applications. We present a dynamic model for analyzing and evaluating the reliability of sealing structures. Considering that both load and strength are composed of several random components, and that all these components are random processes, we first give the Taylor expansion formula for load (S(t)) and strength (R(t)) in eq.(4). After a lengthy derivation, we get eqs.(9) through (11) as the dynamic reliability model. To our best knowledge, we did not find anything like eq.(9) in the open literature. Calculation result of the reliability of the sealing structure of a turbopump is given in section 2. It agrees well with the storage test result.
