摘    要:本文以重载直升机机轮刹车装置及轻型飞机机轮刹车装置动态性能试验为主,针对两种不同试验条件,设计一种综合航空惯性刹车试验台,同时满足上述两种刹车装置的动态性能测试要求,为新产品研制、鉴定和产品交付提供科学依据。通过模拟试验可以确定产品性能参数,优化产品性能,提高飞机轮胎、机轮刹车装置及刹车系统的品质及性能。

Abstract:This article mainly focuses on the dynamic performance test of heavy-duty helicopter wheel brake device and light aircraft wheel brake device.According to the two different test conditions,an integrated aerial inertia brake test bench is designed to meet the requirements of two brake devices.The dynamic performance test provides a scientific basis for the development,appraisal and product delivery of new products.Through simulation tests,product performance parameters can be determined and product performance can be optimized,and the quality and performance of aircraft tires,wheel brakes and brake systems can be improved.
