| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺对肺肿瘤的诊断价值及影响其准确性的因素.方法: 对14例肺肿瘤经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检取材,所取组织经病理组织学检查,分析其准确性.结果: CT引导肺穿刺的确诊率达86%,并发症发生率为 14%,改善穿刺手法和加强护理可有效提高穿刺准确率.结论: CT 引导肺穿刺活检是一种简便、准确、快速、有效、安全的诊断方法,具有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy in patients with pneumonic diseases and the factors influencing its accuracy. Methods: CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle was carried out in 14 patients with pneumonic diseases,followed by pathological examination,the accuracy was analyzed in all cases. Results: The diagnosis rate was 86% and the rate of complications was 14%,the accuracy rate of percutaneous will be effectively improved and the complications reduced through improving technique of percutanous and nursing. Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary is simple,fast,safe and effective,its clinical significance is very important. |
