| 摘 要： | 细胞拉曼光谱具有无创、准确、快速地对活细胞进行实时定量和原位分析的优势，可鉴别肿瘤细胞的性质及分化程度，并进行肿瘤细胞癌变原理和药物疗效评估研究，在肿瘤早期诊断和肿瘤研究中具有较好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Raman spectroscopy can perform real-time quantification and in-situ analysis on living cells non-invasively, accurately and rapidly. Raman spectroscopy can identify the classification and differentiation of tumor cells, and can be used for studies of the oncogenesis mechanisms and pharmaceutical sensitivity evalua- tion on tumor cells. Raman spectroscopy has a good utilization prospect on early diagnosis and other researches on tumors. |
