2,3,5-三甲基氢醌的绿色合成工艺研究

摘    要:以偏三甲苯(TMB)为原料,冰醋酸为溶剂,过氧化氢(50%)为氧化剂,通过直接氧化合成了2,3,5-三甲基氢醌(TMHQ);考察了反应温度、反应时间以及氧化剂和溶剂用量等对TMHQ收率的影响,确定了优化的氧化反应条件.结果表明,最优的氧化反应条件为:反应温度85℃,反应时间3h,TMB与冰醋酸的物质的量之比1∶12,TMB与过氧化氢的物质的量之比1∶11.

Abstract:2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone(TMHQ) was synthesized by direct oxidation in the presence of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene(TMB) as the major starting material,acetic acid as the solvent,and H2O2(50%) as the oxidant.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,as well as dosage of oxidant and solvent on the yield of TMHQ were investigated,and the optimal condition for the oxidation reaction was established.Results indicate that the optimal condition for the oxidation reaction are determined to be reaction temperature of 85 ℃,reaction time of 3 h,TMB to acetic acid molar ratio of 1∶12,and TMB to H2O2 molar ratio of 1∶11.
