| 摘 要： | 某金融综合办公楼设计以楼宇自动控制系统作为建筑物内空调系统、送排风设备、冷热源设备、给排水系统设备、供配电系统、照明设备的自动监测和控制平台,达到节约人力,最大限度地延长设备寿命的目的。文章从工程的设计思路、设计方案、系统的配置及性能、设备工作的特点对该建筑楼宇自动控制系统进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Building automation system is used in the design of a financial multiple-use office building as the auto-monitoring and controlling platform for building's air conditioning system,venting and exhaust equipments,refrigeration and heating equipments,water supply and drainage system,power supply and distribution system and lighting equipments to save manpower and maximize the lifetime of equipments. The article introduces the automatic control system in design concept and scheme,system configuration and characteristics as well as equipments performance. |
