摘    要:元认知是以认知过程和结果为对象的知识,是学习者对自己学习过程的自我监控。教师在大学英语选修课教学中,合理运用元认知策略,可以培养学生自主学习的能力,提高大学英语选修课的水平。

Abstract:Meta-cognition refers to the knowledge of cognition process and results.It is the students' self-monitoring their own learning process.By using meta-cognitive knowledge,teacher can improve autonomic learning of students and develop their comprehensive practical capabilities.The quality of college English selective courses can be improved as well.
