参姜锁阳益气片抗疲劳作用机制的研究

摘    要:目的探索参姜锁阳益气片抗疲劳的作用机制。方法选择在-30℃以下的某地区驻训部队官兵210例,按随机数字表法分为两组:参姜锁阳益气片组130例和对照组80例,参姜锁阳益气片组口服参姜锁阳益气片,对照组口服安慰剂,服药前、服药2周后野外长跑3 000 m后观察各项客观指标的变化。结果①参姜锁阳益气片组血乳酸水平服药后为(3.03±1.95)mol/L,与服药前相比明显降低(P<0.05);②参姜锁阳益气片组血清乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶水平服药后与服药前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③参姜锁阳益气片组运动后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量服药后与服药前相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论参姜锁阳益气片可增强人体的运动适应能力,具有抗疲劳作用,该作用可能与其增强机体的抗氧化能力有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the anti-fatigue machanism of Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet.Methods 210 soldiers stationed in some region under subzero 30 degree centigrade were chosen and divided into two groups according to random digits table.Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet was orally taken(n=130)in Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet group,and in control group,oral placebo was taken(n=80).The changes of all objective index were observed and compared during two weeks of drug administration followed by three kilometers running between the two groups.Results The level of lactic acid after drug administration were decreased significantly compared to that before administration and the difference was significant(P0.05)in Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet group.The differences of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and phosphocreatine kinase were significant different between that after and before drug administration(P0.05)in Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet group.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)after the drug administration were decreased significantly compared to that before administration and the differences were significant(P0.05)in Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet group after running.Conclusion The anti-fatigue effect of Shenjiang-Suoyang-Yiqi tablet may be mediated by reinforcing human motion adaptation,which maybe related to its effects in lighting oxidative stree.
