企业家社会资本与家族企业的融合研究

现有的将社会资本分成社会金融资本、社会人力资本、社会网络资本和社会文化资本的研究，虽有启发意义，但难免有泛化之嫌。鉴于此，笔者对企业家社会资本重新作了厘定，并以非正式制度补充正式制度的视角对家族企业作了分析：企业家社会资本的正向运作有助于形成对称性信息、对称性信任，有益于泛化家族网络、家族理性，有利于降低信息成本、代理成本；家族企业所有人和经营人在运作社会资本中达成的“关系契约”可通过关系曲线加以描述：企业家社会资本与企业家个人能力、泛家族理性、对称性信息、对称性信任、制度性信任等因素正相关。

A Study of the Integration of Entrepreneur's Social Capital and the Family Firm: A Dialogue with Professor Chu Xiaoping

This paper states that although the definition of social capital's essence by Professor Chu Xiaoping is irradiative,it is difficult to escape from running into generalization.For this reason,the author redefines entrepreneur's social capital,and analyzes family firm from the perspective of supplying formal institution with informal institution.The author believes that the positive-going operation of entrepreneur's social capital contributes to forming symmetrical information and symmetrical trust,it can also help to generalize family network and family sense,help to decrease information cost and acting-cost.The "relationship agreement",reached by the owner and manager of family firm when they operate the social capitals,can be described by a relationship curved shape.Besides,the author believes that entrepreneur's social capital has a causal relationship with the individual ability of entrepreneur,pan family rationality,symmetrical information,symmetrical trust,institutional trust,and so on.
