MCL型水基合成切削液的研制

摘    要:介绍MCL型水基合成切削液的研制过程,讨论防锈剂,润滑剂,表面活性剂、极压剂和其它添加剂的选择与复配关系,采用自行设计合成的水溶性防锈润滑剂-油酸酰胺基化合物OMA与稀土羧酸盐化合物HReY,可保证铸铁和铝的防锈抗蚀性能良好,对切削液的性能测试结果表明:MCL型水基合成切削液各项技术指标均达到GB6144-85标准要求,初步应用情况良好。

Abstract:The preparing process of a new water based synthetic cutting fluid(MCL) used for metalworking is presented. The composition selection and the complex relations between the rust inhibitor, lubricator, antiwear additive, surfactant and other additives are discussed in details. This product is suitable for many kinds of metalworking and exibits better antirusting property for iron and aluminum by adopting synthesized oleyl amido compound(OMA) and rare earth carboxylate compound(HReY). Furthermore, all the technical targets of MCL cutting fluid are up to the national standard of GB6144 85.
