卵巢上皮性癌中Smac蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨研究Smac蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织及卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及与卵巢上皮性癌临床病理特征的关系。方法随机选取吉林大学中日联谊医院2008年1月-2009年10月间手术切除的卵巢组织标本，其中正常卵巢组织20例、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织20例和卵巢上皮性癌组织60例。应用免疫组织化学法对组织进行染色，以检测Smac的表达情况。结果Smac蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达明显低于正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织（P＜0．05），并且Smac蛋白的表达随着组织病理分级的升高而逐渐减弱（P＜0．05），随着手术病理分期的升高而逐渐减弱（P＜0．05），但在不同的组织学类型中的表达无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论Smac的低表达可能促进卵巢癌的发生发展，可能预示着肿瘤更具有侵袭性和不良的预后。

Expression and clinical significance of Smac in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues

Objective To study the expression of Smac protein in normal ovarian tissues,benign ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue and to clarify the relationship between Smac protein and clinical pathological features of epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue.Methods Surgical resection specimens in the China-Japan Union Hopsital of Jilin University from January 2008 to October 2009 were selected,including 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue,20 cases of be-nign ovarian epithelial tumors and 60 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.The expression of Smac protein were detec-ted by immunohistochemical methed.Results the expression of Smac protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than in normal ovarian tissues and benign tumor tissues （P〈0.05）.The expression of Smac protein was gradually weakened with the increase of histopathological grades and surgical stage（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant in different histological types（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The low expression of Smac protein may contribute to the incidence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,and its low expression may presage a more aggressive tumor and poor prognosis.
