接合物蛋白检测在甲状腺乳头状微小癌中的临床诊断意义

摘    要:目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状微小癌中接合物蛋白(CRKL)的表达及其临床检测意义。方法收集2010-2013年我院收治的120名病人的甲状腺组织石蜡标本,其中30例为直径>1cm的甲状腺乳头状癌患者,30例为甲状腺乳头状微小癌患者,30例为结节性甲状腺肿患者,30例为未患甲状腺相关疾病的患者,采用免疫组化(SP)法检测标本中CRKL的表达情况。结果甲状腺乳头状微小癌组和甲状腺乳头状癌组组中CRKL的表达阳性率及平均吸光度(MOD)高于结节性甲状腺肿组和正常甲状腺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRKL在甲状腺乳头状微小癌中呈高度表达,临床上CRKL的检测有助于确定甲状腺乳头状微小癌的手术方案。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of conjugates of proteins and its clinical significance in detecting papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (CRKL).Methods The thyroid tissue specimens of 120 patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were collected,including 30 cases of patients whose papillary thyroid carcinoma was of diameter greater than 1cm,30 cases of patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,30 cases with nodular goiter,and 30 patients with-out thyroid disease.The immunohistochemical (SP)method was used to detect the expression of CRKL in specimens. Results The positive rate of CRKL and average absorbance expression (MOD)in the groups of thyroid papillary mi-crocarcinoma and of thyroid papillary carcinomais were higher than those of nodular goiter and normal thyroid groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion CRKL is highly expressed in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,and clinical test with CRKL is helpful to determine the operation scheme for the treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma.
