酚醛树脂防砂与改性树脂固砂

从室内试验研究和现场应用分析2方面对酚醛树脂覆膜砂、改性树脂固砂剂的性能特点进行了详述。酚醛树脂覆膜砂是在石英砂表面通过物理方法均匀涂敷一层酚醛树脂,当温度达到一定值时树脂覆膜砂表面的树脂软化固结。树脂覆膜砂固结后的抗压强度和渗透率受树脂浓度、石英砂粒径、固化温度等因素影响,试验发现树脂浓度为12%的树脂覆膜砂在地层温度60℃以上时抗压强度和渗透率均较高。树脂覆膜砂现场适用于有一定亏空地层,冀东油田现场应用50井次,效果较好。改性树脂固砂剂防砂是双液法防砂,室内和现场试验说明改性树脂固砂剂适应温度范围广,固结强度更高,适用于早期防砂。

Sand Control Uses Phenolic Resin and Sand Consolidation Uses Modified Resin

This paper has discussed characteristics of phenolic resin covered sand and modified resin sand consolidation agent in details. Phenolic resin covered sand is through physical method to make the surface of quartz sand overlapped by phenolic resin, when the temperature get to a fixed temperature, the resin at the surface of covered sand began to softened and consolidated.The compression strength and permeability of the consolidated resin covered sand will be influenced by concentration of resin, diameter of quartz sand and consolidating temperature and so on.The test show when the concentration of resin is 12% and temperature is above 60℃, both the compression strength and permeability of resin covered sand are high.The resin covered sand is adaptable for some voidage formation, it has been used in 50 wells in Jidong Oilfield on site, the effect is good.the modified resin sand consolidation agent for sand control is double flow sand control, tests indoors and on site show modified resin sand consolidated agent can be fit for wider temperature scope and consolidated strength is higher, which can be used in primary period of sand control.
