摘    要:目的 探讨关节镜辅助下微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)手术治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效.方法 33例Pilon骨折患者按Ruedi-Allgower分型,采用关节镜辅助下MIPPO手术治疗,术后随访时间12~84个月.结果 优22例,良8例,可3例,优良率为90.9%.结论 关节镜辅助下MIPPO手术治疗Pilon骨折是一种有效方法,具有愈合好、创伤小、并发症少等优点.

Abstract:Objective To assess the clinical threatment results of pilon fractures managed with arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO). Methods 33 patients with pilon fractures were classified into 3 groups according to the Ruedi-Allgower classification : type I in 26 cases,type II in 5 cases, type III in 2 cases, including 29 males and 4 females, aged 22 to 51 years, mean 31.5 years of age. All patients were treated with arthroscopy-assisted MIPPO with the postoperative follow-up time of 12 to 84 months. Results The clinical sur- gery efficacy according to Mazur's criterion was evaluated as excellent in 22 cases ,good in 8 cases ,fair in 3 cases. The excellent and good rate was 90.9%. Conclusion Arthroscopy-assisted MIPPO surgical treatment is an effective method for Pilon fractures with the advantages of good healing, minimal trauma and less complications, it is worthy of clinical application.
