| 摘 要： | 首先对某型发动机改型压气机盘的初始设计进行了强度分析;由于不能满足强度要求,对其进行了结构优化设计,并对优化后的轮盘进行了应力计算,并考虑叶片的影响,建立了叶盘结构有限元模型进行了强度计算,计算结果表明该轮盘均可以满足强度要求,从而为某型发动机的改进设计提供了重要参考依据。

| Abstract: | The initial design of a type of aero-engine modified compressor disc was analyzed in this paper,which can＇t meet the strength requirement.Then the compressor disc is optimized.Through stress analyzing,the disc can meet the strength re- quirement.And considering the impact of the blade,the blade and disc model is established,the compressor disc can also meet the strength requirement.This research provides the foundation for the aero-engine improved design. |
