| 摘 要： | 为有效地认识区域物流能力的提高对区域经济增长的推动作用,提出了区域物流能力构成要素体系,并建立了量化方法.首先,界定了区域物流能力的内涵,从系统的角度综合分析了其构成要素;然后构建了全新的以基础设施支撑能力、信息系统保障能力、经营管理运作能力、发展环境支持能力为要素的三层量化指标体系;最后将综合集成赋权法与模糊物元相结合,建立了区域物流能力的模糊物元模型,并以四川省19 97～2005年的实际数据为基础,进行了量化分析.实例分析表明,该模型能很好地反映区域物流能力的特征,量化结果客观、合理和有效.
