高色价栀子黄色素的精制

摘    要:研究了大孔吸附树脂对栀子黄的精制效果。比较了6种树脂对栀子黄的吸附效果,并选择HPD450树脂精制栀子黄色素。获得高色价、低OD值的栀子黄色素的大孔树脂吸附分离的适宜精制条件为:水提取液ρ(栀子黄)=7 mg/mL,水提取液与树脂的体积比为7∶1,依次用6BV水、4BV体积分数为5%的乙醇、3BV体积分数为20%的乙醇、4BV体积分数为80%的乙醇梯度洗脱。在此条件下,得到OD值为0.394、色价达423.4的精制产品。

Abstract:The refining effect of macroporous adsorption resins on gardenia yellow was studied.HPD450 was chosen as the refining resin by comparing the adsorption effect on the gardenia yellow solution with 6 kinds of resins.The optimal operation parameters within experimental scale were ρ(gardenia yellow)=7 mg/mL,V(solution)∶V(resin)=7∶1,and gradient elution with 6BV water,4BV φ(C2H5OH)=5% ethanol water solution,3BV φ(C2H5OH)=20% ethanol water solution,and 4BV φ(C2H5OH)=80% ethanol water solution.Under the conditions of our experiment,the resulted OD value decreased to 0.394 and the colority reached 423.4.
