| 摘 要： | 目的评估紫杉醇与顺铂同期放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法观察2008年6月至2010年5月收治的22例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者。行同期放化疗,一组紫杉醇化疗,60mg/次,另一组顺铂化疗,30mg/m2。结果总有效率均为100.0%,并且两组间完全缓解率无统计学差异。结论紫杉醇与顺铂同期放化疗能提高鼻咽癌的近期疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the short term response of radiotherapy plus Concurrent paclitaxel or cisplatin chemotherapy for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From June 2008 to May 2010,22 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were treated with radiotherapy plus Concurrent paclitaxel or cisplatin chemotherapy.The chemotherapy was paclitaxel group 60mg per cycle,or cisplatin group 30mg/m2 per cycle.Results The overall response rate in both groups was 100.0%.The complete response rate was no significant difference.Conclusions the short term response of radiotherapy plus Concurrent paclitaxel or cisplatin chemotherapy for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be raised.The short term effect was no difference between paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy. |
