Fabrication of a new photoelectric conversion system by using a self-assembling technique

Abstract:The hemicyanine dye was used as a cation to form a self-assembling film on a modified indium–tin oxide (ITO) glass through the interaction of static electricity. A steady cathodic photocurrent generation about 145 nA/cm2 was observed.
