环氧-丙烯酸树脂乳液的研究

摘    要:本文研究了将甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯等单体与环氧树脂接枝共聚反应,引入强亲水性羧基官能团,加胺中和成盐制备环氧-丙烯酸树脂水性乳液。探讨了环氧树脂分子量、单体配比及反应时间和温度等对树脂水分散稳定性的影响,并考察了涂膜固化条件及其性能,制得了性能优良的防腐清漆。

Abstract:Epoxy resin was modified by graft copolymerization with addition copolymerizable monomers, such as methacrylic acid. Then it was neutralized by amine. The waterborne epoxy- acrylate composite emulsion was synthesized. Factors affecting the emulsion stability and film performance were studied. The appropriate reaction conditions and film curing conditions were obtained.
