| 摘 要： | 应用光弹性方法，探讨石油套管螺纹连接部分的应力分布及密封性能。采用两种不同锥度模型模拟轴向拉伸、轴向尺寸过盈和径向尺寸过盈等多种载荷，研究了由此组合成不同工况下的应力分布规律、齿的接触压力以及施加不同尺寸过盈对螺纹连接部分的强度和密封性能的影响，结果表明，增大螺纹锥度，有利于提高强度，但对密封性能不利；从密封效果考虑，施加径向尺寸过盈明显优于施加轴向尺寸过盈。

| Abstract: | The stress distribution and sealing properties with threaded connections ofcasing and tubing in petroleum industry were studied with photoelastic experiment method.The stress distribution law and the teeth contact pressure on different loads situation andinfluence of strength and sealing properties on different size surplus were studied with twomodel and three loads.The result showed that the big low extent will benefit strength but notbenefit seal.The diameter direction size surplus has the advantage of the axis direction sizesurplus. |
