| 摘 要： | 为了减小压电泵的体积以便可在新的领域中使用,该文设计了一种新型压电泵。对该型压电泵的驱动原理、机械结构、制造方法和机械性能等进行了研究。首先说明了单腔单压电振子泵的工作原理;接着提出了新型的金属单向阀,这种单向阀为整体开启式,可有效提高阀的使用寿命;然后讨论了该压电泵中组件的加工方法和装配后的整机尺寸的大小;最后介绍了该压电泵在医用胰岛素推注方面的应用。实验结果表明,新型的压电泵可承受背压为30 kPa,泵的整体尺寸为17 mm×20 mm×5 mm,推注液体精度可达到1.2μL。设计制作的整体开启式单向阀的性能稳定可靠、能承受较高背压,该型压电泵具有推注压力高、流量稳定等特点。
