二元经济结构理论对解决我国三农问题的启示

西方发展经济学的二元经济结构理论认为：只有当农业部门的剩余劳动已全部由工业部门吸收之后,农业部门的工资水平才能提高。我国当前“三农”问题产生的最主要原因：是建国初期城乡二元经济结构的制度化产生的阻滞作用。借鉴西方该理论对解决我国当前“三农”问题是一重要启示。

The Theory of Economic Strructure of two Systems and An Enlightenment to resolve our country's problems of "Three Agricultures"

The economic structure of two systems of western development economics thinks only aftr the surplus labours of the agricultural sectors hsa already been absorbed by the industrial department, the wages level of the agri cultural sectors could be improced. The main reason of the problems of "three agricultural" (namely: problems of agricultural, farmers and the countryside)at present in our country result from the systmatization of the two economic systems inurban and rural areas in the early time of the country's foundation. Drawing lessons from the western theory to solve our problems is an important enlightment at present.
