摘    要:通过分析当今机械工程领域对塑料模设计与制造专业所需的人才知识结构与实际动手能力,结合浙江师范大学的具体情况,研究了符合时代需求的机械类专业大学生所适应的教学模式。塑料模课程是一门集设计与制造于一体的专业主干课程,为了让学生能够更直观、更快捷地掌握该课程,在教学过程中,使用现代仿真技术,让教学做到“理实一体化”,把虚拟的实验室搬进课堂。同时,还研究了加强大学生应用塑料模计算机仿真技术的实践能力和创新能力培养的模式和思路。

Abstract:In the paper,through the analysis of the knowledge structure of talents in the field of mechanical engineering required for the plastic mold design and manufacture of professional and practical ability;combined with the specific circum-stances of this course in our college,researched the mechanical specialty students adapt to the needs of the times of the teaching mode,the plastic mould course is a professional course design and manufacturing in the one,in order to let the students to be more intuitive,more quickly master the course in the teaching process,the usage of modern simulation tech-nology made the teacher to make the integration of theory and practice,the virtual laboratory into the classroom,the paper also researched the training college students'application of plastic mould computer simulation technology's ability of practice and innovation patterns and ideas.
