摘    要:目的:本文建立了4种姜科中药材姜黄、温莪术、片姜黄、温郁金的鉴别方法。方法:以BrO3--Mn2+-H+-丙酮为化学振荡体系,采用电化学振荡技术,测定4种药材粉末的振荡反应行为。考察了振荡图谱的振荡范围、诱导期、周期、振幅及振荡寿命等特征参数。结果:获得了4种药材电化学振荡指纹图谱。各药材指纹图谱差异明显。结论:电化学振荡指纹图谱鉴别4种姜科中药材,无需样品前处理,方法简便、稳定可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the method for identified four kinds of Chinese traditional drugs of Curcuma including Rhizoma cureumae longae, Rhizoma wenyujin concisum, eureuma wenyujin rhizome and Cureuma wenyujin. Method:The oscillating fingerprints of four kinds of drugs'powder were determined with oscillating system of BrO^3--Mn^2+-H^+-aeetone,and the oscillating density sccpe, asclillating induction phase,osciUating period,oscillation amplitude and oscillating life of every fingerprint were recorded. Results:The oscillating fingerprints of four kinds of drugs were gained, and the difference was variously. Conclusion: The method was convenient and reproducible for identifation of four kinds of eurcumae's drugs and the pretreatment of sample was not used.
