一种高精度测角装置的设计及研究

摘    要:为了解决大跨径、重载、高精度相控阵天线座的高精度角度测量问题,针对轮轨转台影响测角精度的各项误差项进行分析,设计了一套组合机构来消减主要误差,减少对角度测量精度的影响。该机构满足了大转台复杂转动中心的设计要求,同时,保证了测量的高精度。为验证组合机构的应用效果,专门设计了一套试验装置,试验装置采用圆光栅作为测角元件,通过试验测试验证,整个装置达到了3''的测角精度。

Abstract:An assembled device is designed for angle measuring of the giant span overloading precision phase array radar antenna pedestal. The error sources of the giant precision swivel table is analyzed. The assembled device can reduce mostly error and effect about angle measure. The device not only satisfies the complex mechanism requirements of the giant precision swivel table,but also meets requirements for high accuracy. An test system with the assembled and circular grating is designed specially. The testing results show that the total accuracy of the system is as high as 3''.
