“组团式”医疗援藏中“师带徒”医学人才培养模式的探索

西藏自治区由于客观条件原因，医疗水平比较落后，医疗人才相对匮乏。“组团式”医疗援藏工作，为西藏的医疗水平发展和医学人才培养创造了有利条件。开展“师带徒”的医学人才培养模式，主要内容包括建立“师带徒”负责制，强化临床实用性，加强动手能力的训练，注重医学人文教育以及临床科研能力的培养等。通过前期的实践收到了良好的效果，当地医学人才水平达到预期的提高，该模式值得在今后的工作中继续实施与推广。

Medical personnel training mode of“teacher leading apprentice”through“team based”medical aid to Tibet

Due to the objective conditions,the medical level of Tibet Autonomous Region is relatively backward and the medical talents are relatively scarce.The“team based”aid for Tibet medical project has laid favorable foundation for the development of medical level and the training of medical talents in Tibet.The training mode of“teaching leading apprentice”includes establishing the responsibility system of“teaching with apprentice”,focusing on clinical practicability,strengthening the training of practical ability,paying attention to medical humanities education and clinical scientific research ability.The previous practice has achieved desired results,and the level of local medical talents has reached the expected goals.This mode is worth implementing and promoting in the future work.
