中药复方咳喘康对博莱霉素A_5致肺纤维化大鼠肺系数及肺组织形态学影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究咳喘康对博莱霉素A5致肺纤维化大鼠肺系数及肺组织形态学的影响。方法:将60只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药咳喘康组和激素组。除正常组外,其余4组用博莱霉素A5经气管注入大鼠制作肺纤维化模型,各组于造模后第1天给予相应药物,分别于第7、14、28天分批处死各组大鼠,每次每组5只。观察各组治疗后肺组织病理学变化以及比较各组肺系数。结果:中药咳喘康组肺系数值明显降低,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),肺组织病理学显示肺泡炎及肺纤维化程度均明显减轻。结论:中药复方咳喘康具有显著抑制博莱霉素A5致大鼠肺纤维化的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the Fufang Kechuankang's impact to Pulmonary fibrosis in rats' lung coefficient and lung tissue morphology,which are caused by Bleomycin A5.Methods:60 healthy SD rats are randomly divided into normal group,model group,Chinese medicine Kechuankang group and the hormone group.In addition to the normal group,the other three groups' rats are made to become pulmaonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin A5 through the trachea to manufacture model.Each group is given its corresponding drugs after the 1st day of manufacturing model.Rats are killed in the 7th,14th,28th day in groups,5 rats each time for each group.We observe the lung tissue's morphology changes and the comparisons among each group's lung coefficient,after each group's cure method.Results:Chinese medicine Kechuandang group's lung coefficient is clearly decreasing and is significantly different,compared with the model group(P<0.01).Lung tissue pathology shows that alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis are significantly alleviated.Conclusion:Chinese medicine Fufang Kechuankang has significant inhibition to pulmonary fibrosis in rats,which is caused by bleomycin A5.
