低相对分子质量聚丙烯酸十二烷基酯的合成

对丙烯酸与十二醇的酯化及其调节聚合生成低相对分子质量 ( Mr)聚合物的反应条件进行了研究。酯化反应中以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂 ,对苯二酚为阻聚剂 ,n (丙烯酸 )∶ n (十二醇 ) =1∶ 1 .2 ,于 1 1 0℃保温 2 h,分离纯化后的产物以异丙醇为调聚剂 ,用量为酯质量的 1 7% ,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂 ,甲苯为链转移剂 ,于 80℃反应 3 0 min,得到 Mr约 1 1 0 0的聚合物 ,收率为 90 %。

SYNTHESIS OF LOWER MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYDODECYL ACRYLATE

The esterification conditions of acrylic acid and the telomerization of the obtained aster to relative lower molecular weight polymer were studied. The esterification was carried out at 110 ℃, 2 h by using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and hydroquinone as inhibitor, the molar ratio of acrylic acid to dodecyl was 1∶1.2. The separated and purified product was polymerizaed at 80 ℃, 30 min with iso-propanol as telogen and its amount was 17%(w) of the ester, benzoyl peroxide as initiator and toluene as chain-transfer agent were. The relative molecular weight of the telomer was about 1100 and the yield was 90%.
