基于虚拟样机的发动机曲轴系动力学仿真分析

摘    要:基于多刚体和柔性多体系统动力学理论,在虚拟样机软件平台下,针对分析问题不同的侧重点,建立了某型号发动机曲轴系多刚体和柔性多体动力学模型.仿真计算得到曲柄销载荷、活塞缸侧推力以及曲轴的扭转振动谱线等动力学参数.从一个角度证实了基于虚拟样机技术的发动机曲轴系动力学仿真分析的方便性与可靠性,并为发动机曲轴系的设计提供了依据.

Abstract:The dynamics model of multi-rigid body and flexible multi-body in a engine crankshaft system was built for the different analytic emphasis with software of virtual prototype based on dynamics theory of multi-rigid body systems and flexible multi-body systems. Dynamics parameters, such as action force on the crank-pin, piston sidewall force and spectrum line of torsional vibration of crankshaft were calculated form simulated model. Expedience and reliability of simulation analysis of engine crankshaft system based on virtual prototype were confirmed form a point of view, and a foundation was given for the design of engine crankshaft system.
