粘土防膨剂的合成及其复配研究

介绍了以三甲胺、二乙胺、乙二胺、盐酸以及醋酸为原料合成4种相对分子质量较小的粘土防膨剂方法；并将这4种防膨剂分别与氯化钾、氯化铵、氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配；考察了4种防膨剂用量、防膨剂与复配物质量比对防膨率的影响。结果表明，防膨剂用量选择1．0％较合适，4种防膨剂中乙二胺盐酸盐防膨率最高，达88．3％；与氯化钾复配物中三甲胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高，达91．6％；与氯化铵复配物中二乙胺盐酸盐复配防膨率最高，达91．9％；与氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配物中乙二胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高，达91.3％。

Study on Synthesis and Combination of Anti-swelling Agent for Clay
