摘    要:介绍了以三甲胺、二乙胺、乙二胺、盐酸以及醋酸为原料合成4种相对分子质量较小的粘土防膨剂方法;并将这4种防膨剂分别与氯化钾、氯化铵、氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配;考察了4种防膨剂用量、防膨剂与复配物质量比对防膨率的影响。结果表明,防膨剂用量选择1.0%较合适,4种防膨剂中乙二胺盐酸盐防膨率最高,达88.3%;与氯化钾复配物中三甲胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高,达91.6%;与氯化铵复配物中二乙胺盐酸盐复配防膨率最高,达91.9%;与氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配物中乙二胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高,达91.3%。

Abstract:The methods for synthesizing four kinds of anti-swelling agents for clay with low molecular weight using trimethylamine,diethylamine,ethylenediamine,hydrochloric acid and acetic acid as raw materials were presented.The above mentioned anti-swelling agents were compounded with KCl,NH_4Cl,and mixture of KCl/NH_4Cl.The effects of anti-swelling agents'content ,mass ratio of the anti-swelling agent to chlorides on anti-swelling rate were examined.The result showed that it was proper when the content of anti-swel...
