甲型H1N1流感病人嗜酸性粒细胞变化的临床意义探讨

摘    要:目的探讨甲型H1N1流感患者嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,E)绝对值及比例变化的临床意义.方法对昆明市第三人民医院2009年6月至2010年1月收治的86例甲型H1N1流感患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果甲型H1N1流感(危)重症患者(43例)嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值及比例明显降低,而甲型H1N1流感轻症患者(43例)嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值及比例变化较小.经积极治疗随着甲型H1N1流感(危)重症患者病情的好转其嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值及比例可恢复正常,且治疗前后差异变化具有统计学意义.结论嗜酸性粒细胞的变化可能与甲型H1N1流感患者病情的轻重程度有关.嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值及比例越低,可能病情越重.提示可以通过监测嗜酸性粒细胞的变化来判断甲型H1N1流感的病情的轻重及其治疗的效果.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of eosinophils in patients with influenza A(H1N1).Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with influenza A(H1N1)from June 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The number and ratio of eosinophils decreased significantly in 43 serious patients with influenza A(H1N1),while had little changes in another 43 mild patients.The number and ratio of eosinophils in serious patients with influenza A(H1N1)recovered to normal levels after treatment,and there was a significant dufference between before and after treatment.Conclusion The changes of eosinophils may be related with the severity of patients with influenza A(H1N1).The lower the number and ratio of eosinophils,the more serious the patients with influenza A(H1N1).The changes of eosinophils can predict can predict the severity of the patients with influenza A(H1N1)and the therapeutic effect.
