空间非线性振动烘干机的近共振研究

摘    要:针对线性非共振式振动烘干机工程应用上存在的诸多问题,应用非线性振动理论,将其改进为非线性近共振双质体振动烘干机,建立其力学模型与运动方程,可求得硬式光滑空间非线性振动烘干机质体振幅、幅角等参数。在此基础上进行系统振幅稳定性与近共振实验,使工作点稳定在频率比Z0=0.9附近的近亚共振区工作,解决现有振动烘干机存在的工作点滑移、振幅不稳、维修频次高、功耗过大等问题,可实现系统显著节能、降噪与高效的工程效果。

Abstract:To solve the numerous problems encountered during the engineering application of a linear non-resonant vibration dryer, the paper made some improvements on the vibration dryer by changing it into non-linear near resonant double-mass vibration dryer, using the non-linear vibration theory. With its mechanics model and motion equation established, such parameters as mass vibration amplitude and amplitude angle for the hard-smoothing space non-linear vibration dryer were obtained. On this basis, experiments on its vibration amplitude stability and near resonance were carried out in order for its working points to work stably at the near sub-resonant area at the frequency ratio of 0.9, thus solving the problems of working point sliding, vibration amplitude unstability, frequent maintenance, huge power consumption and so on. The improved vibration dryer saves energy, reduces noise and works effectively.
