摘    要: 为了研究机械搅拌自吸式浮选机内叶轮转速对浮选动力学环境所产生的影响,采用Mixture多相流模型、k-ε湍流模型和雷诺时均方程,对有效容积为20 m3机械搅拌自吸式浮选机内部气-液-固三相流流场进行数值模拟,分析了3种粒度、3种转速所组成的9组模型的三相流体在浮选槽内的速度以及湍流强度的分布规律.数值模拟结果表明:浮选机叶轮转速在147~196 r/min区间时,液面的湍流强度保持稳定,且该范围内浮选机性能较优.试验结果与模拟预测结果比较吻合,验证了所得结论.

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of impeller speed in mechanically self-absorption air flotation machine on the flotation dynamical environment,by using the multi-phase model of Mixture,k-ε turbulent model and Reynolds-averaged time-averaged equations,the numerical calculation on gas-solid-liquid three-phase three-dimensional turbulent flow fields of the 20 m3 mechanically self-absorption air flotation machine was given with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The velocity and turbulence intensity distribution of the nine models with three particle sizes and three types of impeller speed three-phase flow in the flotation machine were obtained. The numerical calculation results show that when the rotation speed is in the range of 147-196 r/min,the turbulence intensity of liquid keep stable and the performance of the flotation machine is better than other rotation speed. The test results fit in with the simulation prediction result,which shows the conclusions.
