手足口病并发多器官功能衰竭患儿的护理

目的探讨手足口病并发多器官衰竭患儿的临床护理效果。方法选择2012年1月—2013年1月间在该院进行治疗的手足口病并发多器官功能衰竭患儿40例,将这40例患儿随机分成两组,每组20例患儿,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对对照组20例患儿采取常规护理的方法。对观察组20例患儿采取常规护理的方法外,进行针对性的全方位护理。观察两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果对观察组20例患儿采取全方位护理的方法,临床治疗的总有效率为95.0%。对照组采用常规护理的方法,临床治疗的总有效率为80.0%。观察组与对照组临床护理的总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对于手足口病并发多器官衰竭患儿的护理,采用全方位护理的方法,全面的提高了护理的效果,降低了护理的风险确保了患儿的生命安全,值得临床推广。

The Nursing of Children with HFMD Complicated by Multiple Organ Failure

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated by multiple organ failure. Methods 40 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated by multiple organ failure admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups, named as the observation group and the control group, each group of 20 patients. 20 children in the control group were given conventional nursing, and 20 children in the observation group were given targeted full range of nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The clinical nursing effect of 2 groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group treated with full range of nursing was 95.0%, while that of the control group treated with conventional nursing was 80.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated with multiple organ failure, full range of nursing improves the nursing effect comprehensively, reduces the risk of nursing and ensures the life safety of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
