| Abstract: | Through introduction of bid evaluation modes in present tendering system of construction projects the actions and measures bid invitation against corruption and anti rent seeking are studied,in order to prevent the accrue of rent-seeking behavior maximum to ensure engineering quality and promote the development of socialist market economy. |
